Richard Seldon Saunders, Sr.

Richard Sheldon Saunders, Sr., 77, of Saucier died Monday, December 17, 2007 in Gulfport. Mr. Saunders was a past master Mason and member of Masonic Lodge #422. He was a retired Navy Seabee. He was a member of Ramsay Memorial United Methodist Church and was a scout master with Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Saunders was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Eleanor Saunders; sister Lucy Bogle and brother Ernest Saunders, Jr. He is survived by his wife Lorraine Saunders of Saucier; daughter Michele Saunders DVM of Pass Christian and son Richard Sheldon Saunders, Jr. of Saucier. Service will be Thursday, December 20, 2007 at 10AM at Ramsay Memorial United Methodist Church in Gulfport. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
