Richard Sidney Umholtz

Richard Sidney Umholtz, 50, of Baton Rouge, died Saturday, April 29, 2006 in Baton Rouge, LA. Mr. Umholtz was a U.S. Navy veteran and a skilled auto mechanic. He enjoyed fishing and was a fan of football and baseball. He was a caring brother and will be sadly missed. Mr. Umholtz was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Naomi Umholtz. Mr. Umholtz is survived by two sisters, Marsha Hanson, of Houston, TX and Nancy Barnett, of Pasadena, MD; and a brother, Norman Umholtz, of Harvey, LA. A private family viewing will be Wednesday, May 3, 2006 from 7 to 8pm at the Pass Road Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials to the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society 2300 General Meyer Blvd. # 11A New Orleans, LA 70143.
