Rita Gail Jenkins

Rita Gail Jenkins, 68, of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, passed away Friday, March 6, 2015. Mrs. Jenkins was a native of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, and had been a resident of Ocean Springs for over 40 years. She was a devoted wife and mother who cherished her family and took great pride in the accomplishments of her children. She was an avid reader, enjoyed watching old movies, collecting coins and doing crossword puzzles. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Florence Beaulieu; and her husband Perry L. Jenkins. Survivors include her daughters Lisa Jenkins, Christine Jenkins, Cheryl Jenkins (Jason Moon), her son Bodie Jenkins (Lara), and her grandchildren, Matthew (Joan), Taylor, Kylie, Kyle and Remy. She will be greatly missed by her loving family and all whose lives she touched. In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made in Gail’s honor to the American Diabetes Association. Visitation will be held at Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, Tuesday, March 10, 2015 from 6:30-8:00pm.
