Robert Bertrand Blais

Robert Bertrand Blais, age 63, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2022 with his daughters by his side.

Bob was born October 17, 1958 in Lewiston, ME to Bertrand and Rita Blais. He was a former long-time resident of W. Hartford, CT. He resided in Biloxi for the last ten months as his life long dream was always to move to the south and enjoy Cajun cuisines and a beautiful coast line. He was an avid Saints fan and even attended his first Saints game on September 18, 2022.

Bob was a very hard worker, always supporting his family. He was active and enjoyed riding a motorcycle for many years. He especially loved music and had fun visiting the tattoo shop.   

Those who know him will remember his larger than life personality, sense of humor and kind heart. Bob never met a stranger and could make anyone feel comfortable in conversation.

Above all, Bob loved his family very much and was especially close with his two daughters and granddaughters. 

Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Rita and Bertrand Blais.

Survivors include his loving daughters, Nina Blais and Christine Passcantell and her husband Nick; Former wife and mother of his daughters, Diane Blais; Granddaughters, Olivia and Delaney Passcantell; Sisters, Sue Matthews and Francine Blais; Brother, Donald Blais and his wife Linda; and many nieces and nephews whom he loved.

Celebration of his life will be held in Connecticut.
