Robert Chevalier

Robert “Bobby” W. Chevalier, age 60, of Ocean Springs, MS, passed away on September 13, 2011 at home. Bobby was born in Lecompte, LA on February 18, 1951 and was a resident of the Gulf Coast for 21 years. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and was an active member of the Ocean Springs Elks Lodge B.P.O.E. 2501 for 20 years. He was preceded in death by his parents James D. Chevalier and Vertis F. Mallette; and his brother Jimmy Chevalier. Survivors include his wife of 41 years Ann Chevalier; son Chris Chevalier; daughter Leah C. Marlow; son-in-law Keith Marlow; brother Tommy Chevalier; sister Becky Chevalier and many nieces and nephews. Bobby leaves behind 4 cherished granddaughters, Saylor Marlow, Georgia Chevalier, Sarah Marlow, and Abbigail Chevalier. He will be dearly missed by his friends and family. A memorial service will be held on Saturday September 17th, 10 a.m., at the Ocean Springs Elks Lodge, 2501 Beachview Dr., Ocean Springs, MS 39564. Any donations should be sent to the American Heart Association. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
