Robert David Westbrook

Mr. Robert David Westbrook, age 54, of Grand Bay, Alabama, died Saturday, January 9, 2010, in Pascagoula, MS. Mr. Westbrook was a former longtime resident of Ocean Springs and was a member of the Grand Bay community for four years. He was a member of the Ocean Springs Masonic Lodge and a former Lab Technician at the Gulf Coast Research Center. Mr. Westbrook enjoyed gardening, the outdoors, gentle sea breezes, sunsets, and was an excellent cook who loved cooking gourmet meals. He also was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ocean Springs. He was preceded in death by his parents, Adam and Joyce Beaugez Westbrook. Survivors include his longtime life partner, Barbara Jeane Henderson of Grand Bay, AL and a brother, Charles Lucian Westbrook of Ocean Springs, MS. Visitation will be on Thursday, January 14, 2010, from 10 AM until 12 Noon, at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Following the visitation there will be a 1 PM graveside service in Evergreen Cemetery.
