Robert E. Davis, Sr.

Mr. Robert E. Davis, age 71, of Ocean Springs, MS., passed away Saturday, September 17, 2005, in Biloxi. Mr. Davis served in the US Army during WWII and had lived in the community since 1956. He was a a member of Christus Victor Lutheran Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, P.W and Ida Davis, his wife, Ursula Davis, three brothers, John Washington Davis, Thomas Jefferson Davis, and Troy Watson Davis. Mr. Davis is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Robert Otto (Karen) Davis of Vancleave, two sisters, Eunice Pauline Davis and Clara Christine Davis, both of Monticello, MS., and a host of other relatives and friends. On Friday, October 28, 2005, there will be a 3 PM graveside memorial service at Biloxi National Cemetery for Robert and Ursula Davis. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
