Robert Roland Fox

Mr. Robert “Bob” Fox, age 90 , Ocean Springs, MS gained his wings on May 15th, 2022 at home surrounded by loved ones. 

Mr. Robert was a long time resident of the MS Gulf Coast. He was a graduate of Ocean Springs High School in 1951. Shortly after he joined the US Navy and was a veteran of the Korean War. Mr. Fox was awarded a Korean National Defense Service Medal as well as the United Nations Service medal. Later on Mr. Fox retired from the US Navy. Bob worked some of his time as security, in construction and as a bridge tender. In his free time, he was a big supporter of Saints football and enjoyed spending his free time being outside working in his garden. He was a devoted father and grandfather. To Bob, family was everything. 

Mr. Robert is preceded in death by his parents, John & Mary Fox; Wife, Sabra Jane Fox, his daughter, Darlene Krohn; Sister, Emma Tanner; and brothers, Glen Fox, Lester Fox, John Fox, Alvin Fox, and Billy Fox. 

He is survived by his children, Angela ( Randy) Gillan, Robert Fox, David ( Tiffany) Seals, Scott Seals, Donald Lounsberry, David Loundsberry and many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and sibling, Mary Ellen Hildabran.

A visitation will be held from 11am until 1pm with a service to follow at 1pm on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Vancleave RLDS Church, Vancleave, MS. Burial will follow at the Vancleave RLDS Cemetery. A reception will follow after the burial at the Vancleave RLDS Church.
