Robert Maxwell Haddox

Mr. Robert Maxwell Haddox, age 81, of Vancleave, MS, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, March 2, 2016, in Ocean Springs, MS. Mr. Haddox was born in Lansing, MI and was a resident of the coast since 1986. He was a member of Vancleave UMC, a U.S. Navy veteran and retired from Black and Decker. He also retired from the Thompson Group as a business consultant. Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Grace Haddox, four daughters, Linda (David) Chodzko, Melody (Rish) Young, Terri (Cliff) Wells and Kimberly McGowin, a son, Glenn (Jeanine) Haddox, eight grandchildren, Chris, Ryan, Ashton, James, Anna, Corey, Madison and Luke and one great-grandchild, Kinsley. Bob was a loving husband and an amazing father and grandfather. He brought joy to his family and will not only be their beautiful memory, but their treasure forever. Visitation will be on Saturday, March 5, from 10am until 11am, with an 11am Memorial Service, all at Vancleave UMC. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made to the Vancleave UMC, P.O. Box 5141, Vancleave, MS 39565. The Vancleave Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
