Robert Hollingsworth Sr.

Mr. Robert Hollingsworth Sr, age 52, of Vancleave, MS, died on Thursday, October 15, 2015, in Vancleave. Mr. Hollingsworth was a resident of the coast for over 20 years. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was employed as a metrorological and navigational system technician. Mr. Hollingsworth had worked as a marine electrician at all of the shipyards on the Gulf Coast. He was preceded in death by his mother, Shelby Hollingsworth and grandparents, Robert and Lawana Burchyett and John and Berdie Hollingsworth. Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Nancy Hollingsworth, daughter, Cheri (Grant) Hiers, all of Vancleave, son, Robert (Carleen) Hollingsworth Jr of Moss Point, granddaughter, Kaylei Shannon of Vancleave, parents, Shannon and Erma Hollingsworth, sister, Deborah (David) Luttrell and brother, Ronald (Tina) Hollingsworth. On Sunday, October 18, there will be a 2:30 pm Memorial Service at Trinity Bible Church, 7313 Elder Ferry Rd, Moss Point, MS. Reverend Perry Smith will officiate the service.
