Robert Kelly Williams

Mr. Robert "Kelly" Williams, age 45, died Tuesday, November 13, 2007, in Biloxi. Mr. Williams was born in Arkansas and had lived in Ocean Springs since 1975. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard and had worked as a painter for many years. He attended First Baptist Church of Vancleave. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Raymond Carder of Prattsville, AR., and grandparents, Stuart and Mabel Williams of Jacksonville, AR. Survivors include his children, Chasse Williams and Taylor Williams, both of New York, NY, his mother, Cathy Langlinais and husband, Kenny, father, Bobby Williams and wife, Ethel, sister, Becky Smith, niece, Sidnye Smith, nephew, Conner Smith, all of Ocean Springs, MS., and his grandmother, Frances Carder of Hot Springs, AR. On Friday, November 16, 2007, there will be a 10 AM Memorial Service, at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home, where friends may visit from 9-10 AM. Burial will follow at 11 AM at Biloxi National Cemetery. The family prefers memorials be made to the Home of Grace, P.O. Box 5009, Vancleave, MS. 39565.
