Robert E. Lee

Robert E. Lee, 87, died Tuesday, December 24, 2013. He was a native of Woolmarket, MS. Lee was a civil engineer. He was a veteran of World War II and served in the United States Navy. Lee was preceded in death by his wives, Fay Bellew Lee and Lydia Wells Lee; his parents, John and Eula Lee; siblings, Jessie, James, Doris and Annie; and son-in-law, James Lynam, Jr. He is survived daughter, Margaret Lynam; son, Ronnie (Barbara) Lee; sisters, Ruth Bartell, Ollie Faye Fayard, and Iris Ryland; brothers, Hollie (Billie) Lee, Webb (Karen) Lee, and Lowell (Christine) Lee; and granddaughter, Kellie Lynam. A graveside service will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at White Plains Cemetery in Saucier, MS. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue is in charge of arrangements.
