Robert Lewis Riggins

Robert L. Riggins, age 82 of Ocean Springs died on Tuesday, November 6, 2007 in Ocean Springs, MS. Mr. Riggins had been a resident of the Gulf Coast for eight years. He was a WWII Navy Veteran, an insurance adjuster with Lindsey & Newsome Agency, and a wonderful loving husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his wife of fifty seven years, Margaret Riggins; parents, Claude and Willie Mae Riggins and brother, Quinton Riggins. Survivors include daughters, Linda (Don) Murphy of Palmyra, VA and Patricia Dunn of Montgomery, TX; sons, Richard D. (Nancy) Riggins of Ocean Springs, MS and Russell (Diane) Riggins of Morgantown, NC; brother Richard Riggins of Longview, TX; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A Graveside service will be held on Friday, November 9, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in Crestlawn Memorial Park. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements.
