Robert Doyle McClellan Jr.

Robert Doyle McClellan Jr., “Bubba Mac” to his family and friends, was taken to his heavenly home on Monday, March 27, 2023, at the young age of 35. He was born July 14, 1987 in Biloxi, MS and graduated from D’Iberville High School in 2005.

Bubba was of the Catholic faith and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Woolmarket, MS. Bubba fought as hard as he possibly could, but God decided he needed to rest and took him into his loving arms.

He was employed as an equipment operator with Harrison County Sand Beach Authority for 18 years.

Bubba was one of the sweetest, kindest and most selfless people on this earth. His amazing sense of humor always put a big smile on the face of everyone he knew. Some of his favorite things in life were hunting, fishing, partying with his many friends or just sitting by a fire pit and talking the night away.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ralph and Daisy Seymour and Billy and Doris McClellan; and his aunt, Judy Seymour.

Bubba’s survivors include his parents, Robert and Micki McClellan; his aunts and uncles, Billy and Rhonda McClellan, Larry and Pamela Toncrey, Randy and Robin McClellan, Ralph “Sonny” Seymour, Snip and Marsha McLendon, Olin and Laurie Gunter and Lisa; and numerous cousins and very good friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary Catholic Church, 8343 Woolmarket Road, Biloxi, MS on Monday, April 3, 2023 at 12:00 pm. Friends may visit from 11:00 am until Mass time. Interment will follow at Swetman Cemetery, 3165 Mallett Road, D’Iberville, MS.

Following the services, the family invites you all to join them for a celebration of Bubba’s life at the D’Iberville Civic Center, 10395 Auto Mall Parkway, D’Iberville, MS.
