Robert R. Cowart

Mr. Robert R. "Picky" Cowart, age 29, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Saturday, December 25, 2010, in Ocean Springs. Mr. Cowart was a native and lifelong resident of the coast and attended Ocean Springs schools. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Cowart, Jr., grandparents, Woody and Elizabeth Cowart and Rodger DeSilvey and uncles, Arnold DeSilvey and Woody Cowart, Jr. Survivors include his parents, Yvonne Bonnie (DeSilvey) Cowart and Robert "Bob" Cowart, grandmother, Joyce DeSilvey, a sister, Leslie (Shane) Brewer and two nieces, Sydney and Zoey. Visitation will be on Thursday, December 30, 2010, from 9:30 am until 11:00 am, with an 11 am chapel service, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, 350 W.
