Robin Marie Overstreet Lane

Robin Marie Overstreet Lane, 57 of Vancleave passed away Saturday, August 24, 2024 at home in Vancleave, MS.

She was born on June 22, 1967 in Sacramento, California to Rev. William Bill Overstreet and Alta Loraine Overstreet. Robin had a love of painting, was very artistic and talented. She enjoyed being in the boat on the river and fishing with her husband. She loved her two boys and grand babies unconditionally, and had a heart for all her fur babies.

Robin was preceded in death by her father, Rev. William Bill Overstreet; and mother, Alta Loraine Overstreet.

She is survived by her spouse, Russell D. Lane Sr.; children, James Justin Mallette Of Reidsville, Georgia and Dylan Robert Bobinger of Vancleave; stepchildren, Russell D. Jr. (Shana) Lane of Vancleave, Nona J. (Chris) Andrews, Of Franklin, Tennessee; John M. (Cyndi Gurley) Lane of Faulkville, Alabama; daughter-in-law, Jessica N. Forehand; grandchildren, Joshua Levi Mallette of Georgia, Maddilyn Nichole Gollott of Vancleave, Madden Lane Bobinger of Vancleave, Brooklyn Marie Bobinger of Vancleave; seven step-grandchildren; Numerous nieces, nephews, and step great-grandchildren; sisters, Edith Goff of Vancleave and Pamela Felix of Sacramento, California; brothers, Norman (Rhonda) Overstreet of Vancleave, Wiley Overstreet of Prentiss, and Paul (Julie) Overstreet of Nashville Tennessee.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to her caregivers and friends Bonnie Murray and Jessica N. Forehand.

The family would like to uphold Robins wishes in having a private memorial for her immediate family at a later date.
