Roger Hornsby

Roger Hornsby, 90, of Ocean Springs, MS died on Wednesday, September 26, 2012. Mr. Hornsby was a watchmaker, owned Roger Hornsby’s Jewelry Store in Biloxi. He was a Shriner and a member of the Masonic Lodge in Biloxi. Mr. Hornsby enjoyed NASCAR Racing, woodworking and fishing. He is preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Reese and Sadie Virginia Hamaker Hornsby; sister, Jo Guice; brothers, Tom and Andrew Hornsby. Mr. Hornsby is survived by his wife of 67 years Louise Hornsby; daughter, Patricia Stallman; brother, Jerry Hornsby; one grandchild and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Monday, October 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Lemoyne Boulevard Baptist Church. Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Southern Memorial Park. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Ocean Springs is in charge of arrangements.
