Roger Martin

Mr. Roger J. Martin, Sr., age 63, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Saturday, December 10, 2005, in Ocean Springs. Mr. Martin was a resident of the community for 17 years. He was an accomplished woodworker, enjoyed football and good music, and loved his grandkids. Mr. Martin was preceded in death by his son, Roger Martin, Jr. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Bonnie Chastain Martin, daughters, Carolyn Barr both of Ocean Springs, Christine Andelt of Lincoln, NE., a son, Jason Martin of Naples, FL., mother, Lucille Martin of Picayune, MS., father, Theophile Martin of Mississsippi, sister, Heidi Berthelot of Slidell, LA., two brothers, Tom Martin of New Orleans and Tony Martin of Plano, TX., and eight grandchildren. Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 14, 2005, from 12 Noon until 1 PM, with a 1 PM chapel service, all at Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home.
