Rosalie Flanagan Richard

Rosalie Flanagan Richard, age 87, passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021, in Biloxi.

Mrs. Richard was a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She was employed as an office assistant at Baltar Realty/Insurance and was a member of St. Theresa, St. John/Blessed Seelos, and St. Mary Catholic Churches.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Leo N. Richard, Sr.; her parents, Charles F. and Annie Donnelly Flanagan; 11 siblings; and grandson, Clinton Richard.

Mrs. Richard is survived by her sons, Leo Richard, Jr. (Renee) of Seabrook, TX, Brady Richard of Kiln, Bryan Richard of Biloxi, and Keith Richard (Lana) of McKinney, TX; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made in Mrs. Richard’s memory to the Dementia Society of America.

Visitation will be held at 5:00 PM on Thursday, November 11, 2021, at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, Biloxi, MS. A recitation of the Rosary will follow at 6:00 PM. Interment will be at 9:00 AM on Friday, November 12, 2021, at Biloxi National Cemetery.
