Sadye Scarborough Caraway

Sadye Scarborough Caraway, age 102, of Gulfport, died Monday, November 29, 2010 in Gulfport. She was born in Harrison County, Ms and was a longtime resident of Gulfport. She was a retired city clerk for the City of Gulfport. She was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church of Gulfport and a member of Gulfport Yatch Club, Fine Arts Club and Women's Club. She is survived by two sons, Robert E. Caraway of Gulfport and John Wallace Caraway of Houston, Texas; five grandchildren; and one great-grandson. There will be a graveside service Thursday, December 2, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. at Coalville Cemetery. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport is in charge of arrangements.
