Samuel Dudley Nichols

Mr. Samuel Dudley Nichols, age 67, died Friday, January 15, 2010 in Ocean Springs. Mr. Nichols was a native of Magee, MS and retired from the U.S. Air Force where he was highly decorated for inventing a safety product that was later used by all the U.S. military. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard S. and Loree Stubbs Nichols. Survivors include his wife, Susan Ezell Nichols, daughter, Stephanie (Kevin) Davenport, son, Chris Polk, brother, Randy Nichols, special uncle, Robin Nichols, favorite cousin, Marilyn, and six grandchildren. On Friday, January 22, 2010 there will be a 10:00 AM graveside service at Biloxi National Cemetery with full military honors. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
