Sara Elizabeth Duncan

Mrs. Sara E. "Beth" Duncan, 72, of Biloxi, MS, died Friday, July 28, 2006, in Biloxi. Mrs. Duncan was a native of Lafayette, AL and had been a longtime resident of Biloxi. She was of the Baptist faith a retired sales clerk with Gayfer's Department Store. Mrs. Duncan was preceded in death by a son, Johnny F. Duncan; her parents, John and Josephine Daughtry; a sister, Diane Peters, and three brothers, John Daughtry, Roger Daughtry, and Thomas Calvin Daughtry. Survivors include her husband, James E. Duncan, of Biloxi; two daughters, Barbara Hutcherson of Columbus, GA, and Wanda Duncan of Biloxi; two sons, James E. Duncan, Jr. and Jeffery W. Duncan and his wife, Toby, all of Biloxi; two sisters, Sharon Rhoadus and Dorothy Nell Underwood, both of Sumter, SC; three brothers, Harvey E. Daughtry and his wife, Vickie, and Wilber Clay Daughtry and his wife, Ann, all of Smiths, AL, and Louie Daughtry and his wife, Sharon, of Lyons, GA; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Sunday, July 30, 2006, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Pass Road Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi. Funeral services will be held Monday in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery.
