Scarlett Ashley Tittle

Scarlett Ashley Tittle, 56, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, October 20, 2023.  Born July 4, 1967 in Georgia, she was a lifelong resident of the Gulf Coast, spending the last 20 years residing in Saucier, MS.

She acquired quite the list of family and friends from life and from Georgia to Texas she made just as many memories as she did miles traveled and will be deeply missed by all that had come to know her and love her.  Ashley was a proud mother and a thankful Nanny and her greatest joys always came from her family and her faith.  She will be remembered for always being ‘that person’, ‘that place’, and ‘that meal’ if ever you found yourself needing one and despite always arriving late, she always arrived wholeheartedly. 

Ashley was a committed Christian her whole life and she did not fear death but rather welcomed it and now she celebrates in Heaven. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Tittle and Marilyn “Peggy” Collins Tittle; her brother, Rusty; her nephew, Courtland Tittle; and her boyfriend, James Weaver.

Ashley leaves behind her sons, Chris Tittle and Justin Barnett (Glenda); her adopted daughter, Ashley Barrett; a granddaughter, Laura Barnett; and her step grandsons, David Lucas, Brandon and Bradly Ball.  She also leaves her siblings, Bubba Tittle (Angela) and Amber Tittle (Dallas), her nieces, Amanda Tittle, Ashley Pearce, Phoebe Perkins (Brandon) and Caitlyn Tittle; her nephews, Isiah Pearce and Blake Tittle; several great nieces and great nephews and her beloved dog, Bondsman.

Visitation will be Friday, October 27, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. followed by a service at 12:00 p.m. at Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home, O’Neal Road, Gulfport, MS.  Interment will be in Finley Cemetery.
