Mr. Sean McCusker, age 58, of the Latimer Community, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, in Latimer. Sean was a native of Gulfport, was disabled and previously had worked for the Beau Rivage Uniform Control. He was a member of Christ The King Catholic Church in Latimer. Sean rejoined the Knights of Columbus Council # 15155 in Vancleave. He loved crafts, working with plants and crocheting. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas A. McCusker and a brother, Brian G. McCusker. Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Shirley Williams McCusker, mother, Ruth McCusker, five sisters, Eileen (Robert) Carpentier, Nancy Evans, Karen Harbin, Mary McCusker, Colleen (Ric) Kirk, eight nieces, eight nephews and one great-niece, Jyllian Dikes. Visitation will be on Saturday, January 16, from 11 am until 12 noon, with 12 noon Mass of Christian Burial, all at Christ The King Catholic Church in Latimer. Burial will follow in D'Iberville Memorial Park on Monday, January 18 at 3 pm. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
