Sharon Ann Hunter

Sharon Ann Hunter, 64, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2025.

She was born Sharon Ann Wood on February 19, 1960, in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Sharon was a fighter throughout her life, having endured many challenges. She was an example to her loved ones because of her resilience and her ability to stay positive and loving throughout the worst of times. She was loved by many and will be missed but we know that she is at peace in Heaven; still guiding and watching over us.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Irma Kroncke and Bernard Wood; her sister, Karen Krueger; and her brother, Jim Pivovar.

Sharon is survived by her sons, Zachery Hunter and Sean Clark; her daughter Melissa Hunter; her grandsons, Lucas Hunter and Colton Colan; her nieces, Chrystal Krueger, Tiffany Krueger, Tina Decesaro and Cheryl Oaks; her nephew, Richard Kroncke; as well as her great nieces, Amanda Sperry, Linsey Darali, Kelsey Whitmer, Torey Whitmer and Emiley Whitmer; and her great-nephew, Richard Kroncke, Jr.
