Sharon Kane-Neirynck

Sharon Kane Neirynck, age 70 of Ocean Springs passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2007 in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Neirynck was born in Bloomington, Illinois and had been a resident of the Coast for over 40 years. She was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church and the Biloxi Yacht Club. She was retired from Patterson's Pharmacy and St. Alphonsus Elementary. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur P. and Marguerite Kane of Bellaire Beach, FL and a sister, Mary Joan Day of New Orleans, LA. Survivors include her husband of 49 years, James Neirynck; two daughters, Sharon (Robert) Travis and Margi (Scott) Davis; three grandchildren, Amanda Archbold, Michael Archbold and Bradley Davis all of Ocean Springs. She is also survived by two sisters, Margi (Rich) Hancock of St. Petersburg, FL and Patricia Motherway of San Francisco, CA and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed being with her grandchildren, family and friends. She will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 16, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes, 911 Porter Avenue in Ocean Springs. A Mass will be celebrated on Monday, December 17, 2007 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Ocean Springs at 11:00 a.m., where friends may visit one hour before service time. A private burial will be held at a later date.
