Sharon Ann Williams, 76, of D’Iberville, MS went to her heavenly home on Friday, January 3, 2020. She was born April 6, 1943 in Hamilton, Ohio to the late William and Thelma Mitchell. She worked as a beauty advisor for 26 years. She also worked for Harrison County Sheriff’s Department for a number of years. She enjoyed crocheting, swimming, listening to music, and collecting movies. She participated in bowling leagues throughout the years and spent several years overseas. She loved her family and will be deeply missed by them all.
Along with her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Austin Williams, Sr.; sister, Virginia Mitchell; and brother, Terry Ludwig.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Dawn (Michael) Mayo, Virginia (Bill) Scarbrough, Bobby Williams, Jr., and William Williams; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; siblings, Dawn Raye Moffitt, Mary Ruth Ludwig, and John Ludwig; along with nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at 10 a.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery, 400 Veterans Ave., Biloxi, MS. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to a charity of your choice.
Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue in Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
