Shirley J. Redam

Shirley J. Redam, 67, of Ocean Springs, MS. was living at The Dorchester Arms when the lord had come to take her home April 11, 2005. Mrs. Redam was born in Deepwater, MO. January 22, 1938. But had been a coast resident since 1969. She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett "Lightnin" Redam, her parents, Burley and Naomi Ford, two sisters, Wanda Ferguson and Helen Gray, two brothers, Larry and Richard Ford. Mrs. Redam is survived by her daughter, Linda Sue Ford of D'Iberville, MS; her granddaughter, Michelle Johnson and her husband Alvin of Biloxi, MS; a son Curtis Elliot of Kansas City, KS; two sisters, Betty Bagg and Jane Magnuson; two brothers, Willie and Jack Ford all of Louisburg, KS; a sister Nancy Wilson of Salina, KS; a brother, Robert Ford of Belton, MO; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Woodhaven Baptist Church in Ocean Springs on Wednesday, April 20 at 10:00 am with Brother Sam Johnson officiating.
