Shirley F. Wilkerson

Shirley F. Wilkerson, 85, of Vancleave, MS passed away Monday, October 15, 2018 in Vancleave. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Wilkerson; her parents, Wallace and Opal Fayard; and her sisters, Danille Poulos and Beverly Waits. Mrs. Wilkerson’s survivors include her children, Teri (Timmy) Havard, Bonnie (Noah) Powell, Lynn (Becky) Wilkerson, Stevie (Cindy) Wilkerson, Wayne (Ann) Wilkerson and Josh Wilkerson; 13 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and her dog, Joe Lee. The family would like to express a special thank you to Encompass Home Health for their care, especially Debra for her compassion. Funeral Services will be held at Larue Baptist Church on Friday, October 19, 2018 at 11:00 am. Friends may visit from 9:30 am until service time. Interment will follow at Wilkerson Family Cemetery in the Larue Community. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
