Stephen Alan McMillan, 56, of Biloxi, died Wednesday, December 12, 2007 in Biloxi. Stephen was a native of Dallas, TX, a resident of the Gulf Coast for 13 years, an avid motorcycle rider and was loved by all who knew him. Survivors include his wife, Kay McMillan, soulmate, Sue Wright of Biloxi, son, Mac Neal McMillan, sister, Ruth Ann Fine of Dallas TX, brother, Thomas McMillan (Arlene) of Biloxi, niece, Misti Fine and many friends.
