Stephen Earl Jensen

Chief Petty Officer Stephen Earl Jensen, 66, U. S. Navy Retired, of Biloxi, MS, died Wednesday, May 27, 2009, in Biloxi. Steve was born in Madelia, Minnesota, and had been a long time resident of the Coast. He was a retired U. S. Navy Seabees Veteran and served in Vietnam. He was a member of the U. S. Navy Fleet Reserve and the Pascagoula V F W. He was also a deputy with the Harrison County Sheriff's Department after retirement. Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Katherine Dahl Jensen; Survivors include his wife, Patricia Milligan-Jensen; daughter, Tammy Sue Jensen of Omro, WI; step-daughters, Maureen Shearer of Windsor, CO, Phyllis Bennett and Colleen Milligan-Falter both of Cumberland, MD; son, Troy Jensen of Omro, WI; step-son, Joseph Milligan of Cumberland, MD; Sister, Ellen Jensen of Madrid, Iowa and eleven grandchildren. Graveside services will be Monday, June 8, 2009, 10:00 a.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery with military honors. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, in Biloxi is in charge of services.
