Stephen Jacob Merrill

Mr. Stephen Jacob "Stevie" Merrill, 19, of Biloxi, MS, died Wednesday, July 13, 2005, in Gulfport. Mr. Merrill was a native of Biloxi and a lifelong resident of the coast. He was also known as "Bug Boy" for his passion of the Volkswagon Beetle. He attended Biloxi High School and Jeff Davis Community College. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, James Merrill and Maternal grandfather, Charles Walston. Survivors include his parents, Roland Merrill of Biloxi and Sebrina Merrill of D'Iberville; brother, Brandon Merrill and his wife, "Rachel", of Vancleave; three sisters, Brandy Miller, Tanya Miller and Courtney Hayden, all of D'Iberville; maternal grandmother, Delores Walston of D'Iberville; paternal grandmother, Sheila Merrill, of Ocean Springs; nine aunts, eight uncles, two nephews,a niece and partner, Frank Ciuffetelli, of Gulfport. Visitation is Monday, July 18, 2005, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Ocean Springs. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:45 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery.
