Steve M. DeCausey

Mr. Steve M. DeCausey, age 83, formerly of Biloxi, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2019. Steve was a lifelong resident of the coast. He was a shrimp boat captain most of his life and also did construction on many major buildings like the Beau Rivage. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances DeCausey and parents, Margaret V. Kelly and Charles B. DeCausey. Survivors include his three daughters, Elaine (Tony) Belson, Darlene (Mel) Smith and Michelle (Mike) Thomas, one son, Troy (Brandy) DeCausey, twelve grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Friday, June 28, from 10am until 11am, with an 11am church service, all at The Pentecostals of the Gulf Coast. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
