Steve Jules Pitalo

Mr. Steve Jules Pitalo, 66, of Biloxi, MS, died suddenly Saturday, July 19, 2008, in Gulfport. Mr. Pitalo was a lifelong resident of Biloxi and a veteran of the U. S. Navy. He retired from Northrup Grumman in Pascagoula, after 40 years of employment. He enjoyed gardening, cooking for his loved ones, and photography. He was deeply loved by friends and family. Mr. Pitalo was preceded in death by his parents, Steve J. Pitalo and Dorothy Zegura Pitalo. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Linda Randazzo Pitalo; son, Steven Pitalo and his wife, Azure, of Biloxi; daughter, Julie and her fiance', Christopher Cullum, of Gulfport; grandchildren, Olivia, Gloria and Theresa; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Anthony and Susie Pitalo and Kenny and Sherri Pitalo; and a large extended family. A Mass of Rememberance will be held Tuesday, July 22, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in D'Iberville where friends may visit one hour before service time.
