Terry Anthony Moore, Sr.

Terry Anthony Moore, Sr., age 64, of Vancleave, MS, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Friday, November 3, 2023.

Terry was born on November 01, 1959, in Biloxi, MS. He was a lifelong resident of Vancleave, MS and a graduate of Vancleave High School class of 1980. Some things he cherished most were being an avid Jeff Gordon fan, spending days at the Marine shop with his niece and nephew, where he could be the boss, watching football, cooking and being with family and friends. Terry was someone you could always depend on. His heart was bigger than most and he loved with an easy spirit, always had a smile, and a genuine hug.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Alma (Davis) Moore; sister, Mira Butler; brothers, Robert Moore, Eugene Moore, Ira Ray Moore, Billy Moore, and Ronnie Moore; nephews, Wesley “Tink” Butler and Justin Butler; brother-in-law, William Butler; and lifelong friend, Ruby ‘RuRu” Tanner.

Those left to cherish his memories include his loving spouse, Kim Forehand; two children, Tony Moore and Alicia Moore of Hurley, MS; grandsons, Hunter and Zachary of Hurley, MS; brother, Ricky (Dorothy) Moore of Vancleave, MS; sisters, Debra Butler of Deer Park, Al and Sara Butler of Agricola, MS; sister-in-law, Linda Moore of Vancleave; his four-legged best friend, Cosmo; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A visitation will be held from 10:30 AM until 12:00 PM on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home Vancleave Chapel. A funeral service will start after. Brother Larry Tuner will officiate. Interment will follow at Vancleave Holiness Church Cemetery. Pallbearers include Malcolm McDaniel, Ricky Hebert, Robbie Waltman, Jessie Waltman, Rusty Williamson, Glenn Ely, Timbo Moore, Shad Butler. Honorary pallbearer is Hunter Newburn.
