Thelma Louise Scott

Thelma L. Scott passed away Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at the age of 91. She will be deeply missed by those who were touched by her warmth, humor, wisdom and grace which never failed. Thelma was born in Tazwell, West Virginia to Sarah Parsons Scott and George R. Scott on February 4, 1916. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, a member of The Response Circle and King's Daughters. She is survived by her great niece, Robbin McNeil Spafford and her two precious great-great nieces, Molly and Abby McMurtry, all of Houston, Texas. The family would like to thank the staff at Sunplex Sub-acute who provided compassionate care for Thelma. Memorial services will be celebrated on Monday, October 29, 2007 in Crestlawn Cemetery at 9:00 a.m. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
