Theodore Girouard

Mr. Theodore "Junior" Girouard, Jr., 79, of Ocean Springs, died Tuesday, September 26, 2006 in Biloxi. Mr. Girouard was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council # 1244, Elks Lodge # 606, Fleur de Lis Society, D'Iberville Community Club, St. Vincent de Paul Society, and a Eucharistic Minister at Christ the King Catholic Church. He was also owner of AAA Awning and Fence Co. of Biloxi and St. Martin for over 34 years. Mr. Girouard was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Nedia Romeo Girouard, two children, Dwayne and Dona Girouard; and two sisters, Loena Trimble and Mildred Borries. Mr. Girouard is survived by his wife of 58 years, Beatrice Simon Girouard of Ocean Springs; a son, Doyle J. Girouard and his wife Carol of Southlake, TX; two granddaughters, Angeline Ford and her husband Troy of Saucier, MS and Ashlei Hawkins and her husband Charlie of Woolmarket, MS; three great-grandchildren, Kayleigh Ford, Brady Ford and Grace Hawkins; a brother, Carroll Girouard of Seattle, WA; and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations to St. Vincent de Paul Society Pharmacy, P. O. Box 1228 Biloxi, MS 39533. Services will be Friday, September 29, 2006 at 11:00am at St. Michaels Catholic Church; friends may visit one hour prior to service time. Burial will be in Biloxi City Cemetery. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes, Howard Avenue in charge of arrangements.
