Thomas E. "Tom" Hollon

Mr. Thomas E. Hollon (Tom) 83, of Gautier, MS died Thursday, December 15, 2011 at Biloxi Regional Medical Center after a very brief illness. Born in Deatsville, Alabama on April 24th, 1928, to Clarence and Zadie Hollon. Tom was a retired Air Force veteran and local business owner since 1971. He loved his family and his friends dearly and was known to many in the Gautier/Pascagoula area as ‘Mr. Tom’. Known for his endearing personality he will most certainly be missed by his loved ones and those who knew him. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan, of 55 years. He is survived by his sons, Bruce Hollon, Steve Hollon, Tim Hollon and Jon Hollon; grandchildren, Alexandra (Alex) Hollon and Zachary (Zack) Hollon. Visitation will be held at 11:00 A.M. December 20th, 2011 at Gautier Baptist Church, 2400 Old Spanish Trail, Gautier, MS. 39553. Memorial service will follow at 12:00 P.M. with Rev. Carroll Lewellen officiating. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery with immediate family in attendance.
