Thomas John Raia

Thomas John Raia, 81 of Ocean Springs died Saturday, November 24, 2007 in Ocean Springs. Mr. Raia had been a resident of the Gulf Coast for the past 14 years. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in D'Iberville and was a Grand Knight with the Knights of Columbus Council # 5747. He served in the Army during WWII. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mary Raia, son, Luke Raia and sister, Rosalea Maturano. Survivors include his wife, Jeanne P. Raia of Ocean Springs, daughters, Cynthia Lefevre of Louisiana, Tina Wilson of Chalmette, LA, Katrina Landry of Ocean Springs, sons, Joseph and Mark Raia of Slidell, LA, grandchildren, Cherrise Lefevre, Michael Landry, Matthew Landry, Daniel Landry III, Brandon Wilson, Clifton Wilson, Dwayne Wilson, Joette Raia, Billy Ferrell, Erin Stodard, Mark Raia, Jr., Monica Raia and 15 great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial: Wednesday, November 28, 2007, Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. Friends may visit one hour prior from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Interment: Crestlawn Memoral Park.
