Todd Randolph Moore, formerly of Gulfport, died September 16, 2019 in Chicago, IL. He was born on April 1, 1966 in Gulfport. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ethelyn (Stewart) Randolph and Thomas D. Randolph and Enid (Roland) Long and Charles P. Long, Jr. all of Gulfport.
Todd is survived by his parents Dona (Randolph) Long and Gordon E. Long; and cousins Enid (Long) Machen and Tom R. Long, Jr. both of Gulfport and Beth and Tom Randolph of Kansas City, MO.
Todd was active in sailing at the Gulfport Yacht Club, participating in regattas coastwide. His love of sailing followed him when he relocated to Chicago, IL after finishing college.
He served as an aide in Senator Trent Lott’s office in Washington DC. He stayed on in Washington to work on President George H. W. Bush’s campaign and was appointed to the President’s transition team, working in the General Services Administration.
He attended Ole Miss where he was a member of Pi Kappa Alfa Fraternity. After graduation Todd relocated to Chicago where he worked at the Chicago Board of Trade. He loved his Cubs and remained in Chicago until his death.

The funeral will be held at St. Peters by the Sea Episcopal Church, Gulfport on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. There will be a reception following in the Parrish Hall.
