Tony Carroll

Mr. Tony Carroll, Jr., age 77, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Friday, January 9, 2009, in Ocean Springs. Mr. Carroll served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a supervisor pipefitter at Ingalls Shipbuilding for many years. He had many loving friends that checked on him daily and was a great friend to many, but most of all, he lived for his granddaughter, Summer. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Mr. Carroll was preceded in death by his wife, Nell Carroll. Survivors include his loving companion of 9 years, Mary Clark of Ocean Springs, MS., two daughters, Rhonda (Ronnie) Toney of Tylertown, MS. and Lisa Carroll of Hattiesburg, MS., two sons, Wally (Tecia) Carroll of Tampa, FL. and Kenny (Nancy) Carroll of Biloxi, MS., four sisters, Clara Cody, Odelle Siebert, Eunice Duke and Donnie Henson, one brother, Leroy Carroll and eight grandchildren, Eric Toney, Tara Toney, Summer May, Tori Carroll, Tony Carroll, Justin Carroll, Julian Carroll and Brett Carroll. Visitation will be on Sunday, January 11, 2009, from 5-7 PM, at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. On Monday, January 12, 2009, there will be a 1 PM chapel service in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park.
