Tony Hoda

Tony Hoda, 70, of Gulfport, died Monday, July 31, 2006 in Gulfport. He was born in Rocky Hills, Ms and was a lifelong resident of the Gulf Coast. He was a lifetime musician and radio announcer around the Coast. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and four sisters. Mr. Hoda is survived by a daughter, Gwendolyn Rose Taup of Michigan; two sons, Gordon Dale Hoda of Waveland and Timothy Bruce Hoda of Biloxi; a sister, Louida Carver of Tylertown; a brother, Robert Hoda of Louisiana; fourteen grandchildren; and twenty-four great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be Thursday, August 3, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, O'Neal Road, Gulfport, where friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until the service.
