Tony Ortega

Tony Ortega, age 61, of Gulfport, MS, passed away on July 29, 2021 in Gulfport. Tony was born in East Chicago, IL. He received Associates in Education and Associates in Accounting degrees and was a Retired Master Sergeant in the US Air Force where he served for 20 years. His hobbies were comic books, movies and collecting trains. He was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Bricia Ortega. He is survived by his children Tony, Teena and Krystal Ortega; siblings Lucy Klizman, Jessie Ortega, Lulu Ortega, Lilia Castel and Jorge Ortega; and his pet Sapphire. A memorial service was held at his home on August 1, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. The family would like to thank family, friends and the United States Air Force.
