Troy Glenn Holt

Troy Glenn Holt, age 91, of Ocean Springs, passed away on May 9, 2024, of natural causes in the Ocean  Springs Hospital. Troy was born in Ardmore, Oklahoma, to Homer Lee Holt Sr. and Laura Violet Jennings. He was married to Mary Dais Olier Holt for more than 69 years. He enlisted in the Air Force and was stationed at Keesler Air Force Base, which is where he met his bride. After his military career Troy drove a tractor trailer for Dixie Highway Express and Coast Express and then worked for Mobile Linen Service. Troy joined the Post Office and was a Letter Carrier until his retirement. He is survived by his children, Lisa (Richard Collins) Holt Collins of Valrico, FL, Lawrence Glenn (Karen Lemar) Holt of Kingwood, TX, David Lee Holt of Ocean Springs, four grandchildren, Anne, Jennifer, Timothy, and Corey and seven great-grandchildren, Jacob, Jared, Justin, William, Wesley, Madison, and Blake. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, sister, Laura Waddell and brothers, Homer Lee Holt Jr., James Edsel Rufus and Carl Lyndel. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024, from 10am until 11am, with an 11am chapel service, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home. Interment will follow for family and friends in Evergreen Cemetery in Ocean Springs. Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Homes is honored to serve the family of Troy Glenn Holt.
