Velma "Carol" Price

Velma “Carol” Price, age 79, passed away on January 19, 2022, in Biloxi, MS.

Carol was born on May 3, 1942, in Roland, AR, and attended Joe T. Robinson High School. Carol lived most of her adult life in Little Rock, AR. She was a retired, savvy businesswoman who worked for Price Farms and Meyer Flower Shop. Carol loved to travel, was an avid reader, and a master of crossword puzzles.

Carol was a mother of two daughters, Tanya (fiancé Phillip) and Vickie (Don), and a grandmother to Jenna, who will miss her greatly. Carol is also remembered as a beloved adoptive mother to her daughters’ lifelong friends and neighborhood children.

Carol is preceded in death by her husband, Fred (Buster) Price; and her parents, Dorace and Dorothy Bates.

A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
