Vilolet Irene Barnes

Mrs. Violet Irene Barnes, 96, of Biloxi, MS died on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 in Biloxi. She was born on February 7, 1912 in Chicago, IL and has been a coast resident since 1961. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas William Barnes; her parents Fredrick Hellberg and Sarah Buchanan; brother, Glenn Hellberg, Carl Hellberg; sisters, Francis Dietz and Edith Wilkening. She is survived by her sister, Inez Tondu of Menifee, CA; two children, Thomas Barnes and Janie Schaar both of Biloxi. She also leaves six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
