Vinh Van Nguyen, 67, of Biloxi, MS, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2011 in Biloxi at 11:20 a.m.
Vinh was born in Vietnam on December 29, 1943. He lived a fulfilling life and was loved by his family and friends. He will always be remembered for his love and devotion to his family. He was a man who lived his entire life for his family. He came to the United States in 1978 and worked hard, as a fisherman, to bring his wife, four sons, four daughters and their family to the United States for a better life. They loved him and appreciated everything he sacrificed for them. He will be forever in their memory as a loving and caring father.
Vinh leaves his beloved wife, Lan Thi Nguyen; eight children, Mindy Nguyen of Biloxi, Vienn Nguyen and wife, Van Tong, of Portland, OR, Viet Nguyen and wife, Nguyet Nguyen of Biloxi, Dao Nguyen and husband, Hung Bui of Biloxi, Van Nguyen and wife, Trang Nguyen of Biloxi, Lyndsey Le and husband, Hien Le of Salem, OR, Lynda Nguyen of Biloxi, and James Nguyen and wife, Xinh Vo of Dallas, TX; and eighteen grandchildren, Mye Nguyen, Vivian Nguyen, Victoria Nguyen, Kieu Nguyen, Thao Nguyen, Trinh Nguyen, Annie Bui, Wendie Bui, Amy Bui, Kaylie Bui, Karyn Bui, Alex Nguyen, Aron Nguyen, Kevin Le, Andy Le, Katelyn Nguyen, Ekin Nguyen, and Dylan Nguyen.

Visitation will be Saturday, April 30, 2011 from 9 a.m. until 12 noon and 1 p.m. until 4 p.m.; Sunday May 1, 2011 from 12 noon until 3 p.m.; Monday, May 2, 2011 from 8 a.m. until 9 a.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 675 Howard Avenue, Biloxi.
A procession will leave the funeral home at 9 a.m. Monday, May 2, 2011 for Graveside services at 9:30 a.m. at Crestlawn Memorial Park.
