Virginia "Jenny" Casey

Mrs. Virginia "Jenny" Casey, 87, of Ocean Springs, MS died Saturday, April 30, 2005, in Biloxi. Mrs. Casey had been a resident of the coast for the past 51 years. She worked with her husband 25 years supervising the Seashore Methodist Assembly. Preceding Mrs. Casey in death was her husband, Rev. Frank M. Casey; her parents, Swepson T. and Margarita Harkey, one sister and a brother. Survivors include three daughters, Virginia "Jenny" Claire Pino of Ocean Springs; Marion Roose and her husband, John, of Gulfport and Frances Slater of Biloxi; two sisters, Louisa McGraw of Woodville, MS and Deborah King of Biloxi; nine grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2005, at the Poplarhead United Methodist Church where friends may visit one hour before service time. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
