William "Billy" Joseph Richtofen

William Joseph Richtofen “Billy or Billy goat” passed on April 20, 2025. He was born on September 9, 1969, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was a resident of Biloxi, MS and had a true talent for art and it showed in his drawings. Over the years, he worked as a cook at various restaurants and painted 18 Wheelers as an air brush artist. Billy was a free spirit that was always moving like the wind, he loved sailing, riding his motorcycle, drawing and loved being pawpaw goat. Billy was loved and meant the world to those whom he surrounded himself by.

Billy is preceded in death by his mother; Geraldine M. Lester and his father, Alvin A. Richthofen Jr.; and brother-in-law, Robert E. Bullock Jr.

He is survived by his daughter, Morgan Harris (John Quave); 3 grandchildren, Hunter, Vivienne, and Luther; brother, Alvin A. Richthofen III (Cheryl); sister, Berthile R. Bullock, a lot of nieces, nephews and several other family members and those that he considered his family. He was genuinely loved and cherished very much and will be dearly missed.

William Joseph Richthofen will be laid to rest at Woolmarket Cemetery in Woolmarket, MS beside his mother and father where he wanted to be. A graveside service will be held, but the arrangments are still pending. Please check back for additional information.
