William Brent Miller

Bill (William) Miller, age 49, of Ocean Springs, MS died Friday, November 28, 2008. Bill, a long time resident of Ocean Springs, was known for his "can do" and helpful attitude if anyone needed help, or something needed fixing, Bill was the man to call. He had s strong work ethic and could solve any problem presented. His dry sense of humor was an added bonus. After Hurricane Katrina his familiar red truck and matching trailer was filled with ice, food and bottled water for those in need throughout the coastal area. He worked with the Mississippi Gulf Coast Multiple Listing Service, Chester Harvey Realtors, AT&T and numerous city businesses and individuals. He was a FAA certified Aviation Mechanic and a licensed pilot, with an associate degree in business. He was a motorcycle enthusiast, but enjoyed time with his family and especially his two sons. Survivors include his wife, Donna Marie Miller, two sons, William Miller and Christopher Miller, parents, Jerry and Shirley Miller, all of Ocean Springs, MS., a sister, Julie Denise Starling of Canton, GA. and a brother, James Craig Miller of Norman, OK. On Wednesday, December 3, 2008 there will be an 11:00 am Memorial Service at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
